We will be using an internal private range.  We will take a private class A -10.0.0.0 and subnet it down to allow for 4000+ networks and 4000+ hosts.  The first 1000 subnets will be reserved for the district to assign to all routers or to any other district devices.  Then each school will receive 2 subnets for their use.  One will be dedicated to use on the student network and the other for admin and teachers.  This will allow for each school to have a maximum of 4094 hosts available for student use and 4094 hosts available for admin/teacher use.
